Do I need a referral to see a practitioner?
Most of our allied health services do not require a referral. However, if you are claiming through Medicare (e.g., under a Chronic Disease Management Plan), a referral from your GP is necessary.
How can I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by calling our reception team at (03) 9401 5118 or by using the "Book Appointment" button on our website to book online 24/7.
Is there parking available on-site?
Yes, we have ample free parking available for patients directly at the Epping North Shopping Centre, including accessible parking spaces.
Do you offer telehealth consultations?
Yes, many of our practitioners offer telehealth consultations for follow-ups and initial assessments where appropriate. Please contact reception to enquire about specific services.

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

How long is a typical appointment?
Initial appointments are typically 45–60 minutes, while follow-up sessions may be 30–45 minutes depending on the service.
Billing & Insurance
Do you accept Medicare?
Yes, we accept Medicare for eligible services. If you have a GP Management Plan or Team Care Arrangement, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates for allied health services.
Do you accept private health insurance?
Yes, we accept most private health insurance funds. We offer HICAPS on-the-spot claiming for your convenience. Please bring your health fund card to your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.
Do you offer payment plans?
Please speak with reception about available payment options. We are happy to discuss solutions that support your care plan.

Yes, we provide pediatric services across many disciplines including speech pathology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and psychology. Our practitioners are experienced in working with children of all ages.
